Arieo Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Arieo, an AI-powered business demand insights platform based on social media content. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arieo's services, website, and applications. By accessing or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Use of the Service

Arieo provides a platform that allows you to analyze social media data and extract business demand insights, user pain points, and market opportunities using our advanced AI technology. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts and Third-Party Authentication

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  2. Third-Party Authentication (e.g., Google OAuth): You may choose to register or log in using a third-party service like Google. By doing so, you authorize Arieo to access and use specific account information (e.g., your name and email address) from that service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that the use of such a third-party service is subject to the terms and privacy policy of that service.
  3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment, Subscriptions, and Credits

  1. Payment Processing: All payments for subscriptions and services are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for all fees and charges incurred. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe's Privacy Policy. Arieo does not store your full payment card information.
  2. Pricing and Plans: Prices for our services and subscription plans are subject to change with prior notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.
  3. Credits System: Our service operates on a credit-based system, where certain analyses or features consume a specific number of credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
  4. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

5. User Data and Content

  1. Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the raw data you submit to our platform for analysis and the insights generated specifically for you.
  2. Social Media Data: When you use our service to analyze content from social media platforms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit and analyze that content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of social media data complies with the respective platform's terms of service and applicable laws. You agree not to use our service to analyze content that would violate privacy rights, copyrights, or other legal protections.
  3. Arieo's Use of Data: You grant Arieo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the data you submit for the sole purpose of providing and improving the service. This license is limited to the extent necessary to operate the service and provide insights to you.
  4. Feedback and Suggestions: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the service may be used by Arieo without any obligation to compensate you.

6. Arieo Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the service, including but not limited to our AI analysis algorithms, software, dashboards, visualizations, and trademarks (including Arieo and its logo), are owned by or licensed to Arieo. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our proprietary technology.

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. While our AI analysis strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision or completeness of the insights generated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arieo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our insights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arieo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arieo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
